Kangoo Jump Class with Ayisat Join Ayisat for a Kangoo Jump class – a high-energy, low-impact workout that’s great for burning calories, improving fitness, and releasing stress. It’s a perfect mix of exercise and fun! Mindfulness Session with Pilar In today’s fast-paced world, mindfulness is key to staying balanced. Pilar, our mindfulness expert, will guide you through techniques to help you be present and find calm amidst life’s busyness. This session also features singing bowls, which have been used for centuries to promote deep relaxation. The gentle sound vibrations of the bowls help quiet the mind, reduce stress, and create a sense of inner peace. It’s a perfect way to reset and center yourself. We’ll be also providing complimentary snacks and drinks to keep you refreshed throughout the event. |
